Though currently "voluntarily inactive" I stay abreast of the markets and will refer you to the best agent to meet your needs. Commercial and Residential Experience:
I began my career in RE in Manhattan working for a lawyer as his Property Management Assistant for a privately held (Four Plus Corp) multi-million dollar portfolio of varying properties in 5 states. This fascinating job included the realization of The Helena (after his complex negotiation of the land lease from the Durst family).
Later after a family-precipitated move to SE Florida I became the Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant first for a top luxury home sales team at Avatar RE and then for a Broker Associate at EWM Christie's, focusing primarily in Miami, Miami Beach, and on some neighboring islands. After a few years I ventured out on my own, joining forces with Campbell & Rosemurgy in the Ft. Lauderdale area where I achieved over $1.35M in personal sales in my first year.
The next chapter begins on the coast of central FLA, again, precipitated by a move to care for family. This area is bursting with opportunity -- I'm diving in.... how 'bout you?
